I'm glad you were able to go out, and I am glad you were able to calm yourself down after your panic attack! This is a great step! And we know that you have to take it one step at a time! See?! Thing's are already getting better for you! ~Matt

Panic attacks are not any fun at all! I have suffered with them for years and they are far worse when I am stressed out and have a lot on my mind or a lot going on in my life. I'm glad that you were able to calm yourself down, that is one of my biggest downfalls. I'm not really good at that once I get really worked up. I am working on it but it is a slow progress.

I use to get them all time due to my heavy drug use, but once I quit that I'm free of them, they next time it happens to you, take a ice cube and hold it between both wrist, the cold helps slow down your heart rate and you began to breathe normal again, let me know how it works for you

I sure will try it the next time and let you know! Thanks for the tip! Much Love, Rae**
