Hi! I'm Robyn. Just joined this website, hoping to make some friends  I'm 22 years old. I'm a lesbian. I have been out of the closet since I was 18. Been living with my girlfriend since I was 19. I'm working full time and hoping to go back to university when I can afford it. I don't have many hobbies since I don't have a lot of time, but I do love birds. I have two cockatiels, and my girlfriend has a cockatoo. And we have a bunch of finches. I suck at these intro post thingies. Hello! |

Welcome to the forum! We are super glad you are here and we hope you continue to enjoy being on the site! This is a great place for advice of all kinds and we love to help in anyway we can! I love that you have birds, I would love to have a a cockatoo but I am afraid my cats wouldn't protest a great deal if we were to have one. Best of luck getting back into school and if you need anything let us know!

Oh yay a reply I was afraid maybe these forums died since most posts are almost a month ago or more :\ Also, don't get a cockatoo. they are more needy than a child. And they live as long as a human. Just don't do it XD |

I sadly have been so overwhelmed with work, and school, and clinicials that I have had zero time to get online. However things are returning to normal for me so you'll see me around more often. Birds? Very interesting to own! I'm more of a cat person, and I'm afraid my cats would eat a bird!! Let me know if there is ever anything you need! ~Matt |

There's no rush, you can always go back to school when the time is right. 
We used to have a german shepard, and this bird loved chasing that dog around the apartment- and the dog knew who was the boss
