Hi I am a 16 year old male who believes I am transgender. I told my parents a few months ago and they fully support me. I plan on going through the process of becoming a female in the next couple years. I am a male who is attracted to females. When I become a female is there anyway where I can become attracted to males instead of females?

Oh darling! It's impossible to change what gender you are attracted to. You can try to accept and date those of male gender, however you will never fully be happy or comfortable with a male because you were born to like females. Being a female and liking females just makes you a lesbian. I was born a female but am transitioning into male as we speak... I was born a "straight man"... I can't make myself like men even if I really wanted to. Let yourself be who you are. Don't try to make yourself do or try something you don't love 100%. Be who you are, hun!

I could NOT agree with Ray more. It is simply impossible to change what gender you are attracted to! Simply let yourself be who you are. Love someone for who they are, not for what gender they are, and everything will work out just the way it is meant to! ~Matt P.S. Congrats on having a supportive family!! That is awesome, and will play a huge part in your transition!
