Hmm. Well, first I would take time and think about if you really are transgender. Then think if your parents are against LGBT or gays, whatever they are possibly against. If they aren't, great. Then tell them after you feel comfortable with telling them. If you need to, rip the bandage off. That is what I did and it worked pretty well. For transgender people(I don't know them completely well since I am not transgender, but I assume they feel like they have the wrong sex body parts) they would need reassigning sex surgery like you said. You could raise money and ask for donating. Maybe a friend of yours could lend a hand or a dime. Remember, sex reassignment surgery is a major thing, so you really have to make sure you want to do it and that you are transgender.
