Hello!
My name is Diane and I go to Hunter College. I am working on a group project on Transgender health and my group members are made up of young adults in the Transgender Community. Our survey is completely anonymous and will not be used for any publications. We want to further understand tobacco use and health in the transgender community and what can be done to provide better health care services. It would be greatly appreciated! It only takes about 5 minutes.
