Hi all,

So as the title says... Im new here and Im new to being..... gay. I spent years having so much of myself suppressed because of something that happened when I was a kid. Its only been the last few months that Ive been able to start accepting myself. I feel excited and terrified and not really sure what to do next..... I guess I just want to feel accepted...

I'm new here too! But...I hated to see your post without any comments. These last few months must have been so difficult and exhilarating at the same time! Its nice to meet you here and would love to chat sometime. Stuff that happened when I was a kid made lots of things difficult for me too, especially understanding and accepting who I am.

Hey guys!! Welcome to the forums! I admit I too was sad to see no comments on this topic. However, life has been so busy I haven't had much time to log on to the forums, and I guess others just aren't visiting the site...

To the Original Poster (actortony83) What you were/are feeling is normal for what you were/are going through. The excitement, and terror are things that will get easier with each and every day. Just stay strong, and stay true to yourself! Let me know if there is ever anything you need!
